Shipping policy

We provide free standard shipping in Canada. If you are in a more secluded location or you want faster shipping, more shipping charges may apply.

Your product will be shipped anywhere from 3-5 business days after the item has been complete. We will notify you when your order is received, and also when your order is being shipped out so you know exactly what going on.

Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs: Please note that we are not responsible for any international duties or tariffs. Theses duties or tariffs will need to be paid for by the customer. If you refuse to pay these duties, the courier will dispose of the package rather than return it to us, and we will not provide a refund.  

Once dispatched, JahnCraft is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. We will not issue a refund for any of the reasons stated above. 

Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. 

We are only shipping to Canada and USA at this time.
